You'll be surprised to know that the Agile Manifesto is only 13 lines. Yet many a textbook has been written about how to implement it. This is the Donnish 'manifesto', it's our DNA.

We hire seniors and the experienced engineers training to be seniors. If you have shipped production software, you can run an AI agent in your terminal, and you want to do real work with people who care about the outcome, you are in the right place.

Our 'manifesto':

Care: About your role, what you do, and who you are doing it for.
Make your mother proud.: Perform your role to the best of your ability.
Take ownership.: Make decisions and live with the consequences. It's how learning happens.
Consider your teammates.: What we do, how we communicate, and the way we perform our roles has a massive impact on others. Let's try to keep that positive whenever possible.
