##This site is general information

This site tells you about Donnish and the work we do. It is not advice for your situation, and it is not an offer or a promise to do any work. Check anything important with us before you rely on it.

##Examples, figures and stories

• *Examples, mock-ups, screenshots, demos and illustrations show the kind of thing we do. They may not be a real product, client or outcome.
• *Figures, savings, timeframes and statistics may be rounded or estimated. They come from past work, other sources or our own assessment. Your results will depend on your situation.
• *Case studies and stories describe particular past work. They may be simplified, and some details may be changed to protect clients.
• *Articles and opinions are the author’s view when they were written, and may be out of date.
• *Plans, expectations and other statements about the future are not promises.
• *Prices, offers and service details can change. Your quote or agreement sets what you get and what you pay.
• *Statements about savings, fees, risk, results, response times, partnerships and certifications describe our services as we provide them. Each one depends on assumptions about how the service is delivered and on the commercial terms agreed by everyone involved, as set out in your quote or agreement.
• *Client, partner and certification names, logos and quotes may have changed since we published them. They do not mean that anyone named endorses everything on this site.

##Our agreements come first

Our work is done under an agreement with you, such as a signed contract or an accepted quote. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

##Donnish App Health

These terms also apply to anyone who uses Donnish App Health, our software for checking the health of an application and tracking the fixes. By signing in, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Any agreement between us, or between us and your employer, also applies and comes first where it differs.

• *When you connect your Jira or GitHub account, you let App Health act in that account for you when you or your coding agent ask. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, and for having permission to connect the account and share what it holds.
• *Your use of Jira and GitHub is also governed by Atlassian’s and GitHub’s own terms. Atlassian and GitHub do not provide App Health and are not responsible for it.
• *Keep your sign-in and your agent access to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
• *We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example if it is misused or an engagement ends. You can disconnect an account at any time.
• *The liability section of these terms applies to App Health.

##Using the site

Please do not:

• *Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site
• *Scrape the site in a way that slows it down or ignores our robots.txt
• *Send us false information, or someone else’s details without their permission
• *Upload or send anything harmful, such as malware

We may block access to anyone who does.

##Our content

We own the content on this site, or use it with permission. That includes the text, design, images and code. You can view it, share links to it and print a page for your own reference. Please ask us before using it any other way.

Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners.

##Other websites and availability

We are not responsible for other websites we link to. We may change the site, or take it offline, at any time.

##Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows:

• *We provide the site as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate, up to date or always available
• *We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the site or from relying on it
• *Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including what this site collects.

##Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the courts in Queensland, including federal courts sitting in Queensland, and the courts that hear appeals from them.

##Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is on this page, with the date it last changed. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
