HOW WE BUILD
Technology
Full-stack delivery across .NET backend services, React and Next.js web applications, and React Native (Expo) mobile apps. Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing built in from day one. We do not chase trends. We use what ships.
Delivery
Lean Agile teams that focus on shipping value, not performing ceremony. Two-week sprints with clear goals. Standups that take ten minutes. Retros that change something. Every story is estimated, accepted by the client, and tested before it is called done. If a process does not help the project move, we drop it.
Design
Pragmatic product design that starts with the user problem, not a six-week discovery phase. We validate early, prototype fast, and design within the constraints of what can actually be built and maintained. Design decisions are made with engineering at the table, not thrown over the wall.
