§ 02What you do
The role.
Build and ship production React/Next.js applications for Donnish clients. You will work as part of a distributed team (Brisbane + Philippines), embedded directly into client delivery. Think greenfield builds, headless CMS integrations, and performance-critical web apps.
§ 03What you bring
Requirements.
- 5+ years building production React applications
- Deep Next.js experience (App Router, Server Components, ISR)
- TypeScript as a first language, not an afterthought
- Tailwind CSS, REST/GraphQL API integration
- Experience with headless CMS platforms (Payload, Contentful, Sanity)
- Git workflow, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

Useful, not required.
- Vercel deployment and edge functions
- Testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library)
- Storybook, design system implementation
- Experience mentoring junior developers
