What we build with React Native
React Native lets you ship native iOS and Android apps from a single TypeScript codebase. Not a web view pretending to be native: actual native components, native performance, native feel. The business case is straightforward, one team, one codebase, two platforms, lower total cost.
We use it for consumer apps, internal business tools, healthcare platforms, and anything that needs to be on both app stores without maintaining two separate codebases. Our preference is Expo, for the development workflow, over-the-air updates and a simpler build pipeline.
For the backend we pair React Native with .NET on Azure or Node.js, depending on the project. Full-stack capability means we can own the entire mobile product, not just the front end.
What offshore actually looks like with us
When people hear offshore React Native they think twelve-hour timezone gaps, account managers, and a junior developer they never speak to. That is not this.

Questions buyers ask first
- Is this offshore React Native development?

- React Native or Flutter, which should I choose?
- If you need iOS and Android with a strong TypeScript team, React Native. If you need web, mobile and desktop from one codebase, or you are targeting government accessibility standards, Flutter. We build with both and will give you an honest recommendation based on your situation, not our preference.
- Can you work with our existing React Native app?
- Yes. Most of our React Native work is on existing codebases, not greenfield. We have upgraded from older versions, migrated to Expo, and refactored legacy architecture without breaking production.
- Expo or bare React Native?
- Both. Most new projects start with Expo because it simplifies builds and over-the-air updates. For apps that need deep native module access or have existing native code, we work with bare React Native. drtalk uses Expo.
- What about healthcare data security?
- drtalk is built to healthcare-grade security standards and serves US dental and healthcare professionals. Our team has hands-on experience with encrypted local storage, secure API communication, biometric authentication and audit logging, and can apply the same rigour to your app if required.
- How quickly can you start?
- Typically two to four weeks from signed agreement to a developer joining your team. We maintain a bench of pre-vetted developers, so we are not starting recruitment from scratch. For urgent needs we have placed developers within a week.
- What if the developer is not the right fit?
- We replace them. No penalty, no drama. It has happened a handful of times in six years and has never been an issue. The first two weeks are effectively a trial period.
