§ 02What you do
The role.
Help Donnish clients migrate from legacy Sitecore (XP/XM on-prem) to XM Cloud. Content modelling, headless architecture, serialization, and the hundred small decisions that make a migration actually work.
§ 03What you bring
Requirements.
- 3+ years Sitecore development (XP 9.x/10.x or XM on-prem)
- 5+ years C# / .NET, MVC architecture
- Content serialization: Sitecore CLI, Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS)
- Headless architecture: Sitecore JSS with Next.js, Experience Edge
- SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) component development
- Azure cloud platform (XM Cloud runs on Azure)
- SQL Server, content modelling, template architecture
§ 04Bonus points
Useful, not required.
- Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification
- Full XP-to-XM-Cloud migration project experience
- Understanding of Sitecore Migration Navigator framework
- Familiarity with Unicorn/TDS (legacy, but clients still use them)
