Is everyone offshore?

No. It tends to be a blended team. Some roles onshore, others offshore. For example, BA onshore with developers and QA offshore. We also have engagements that are entirely onshore.

Are you the cheapest?

No. You’ll find cheaper. Our value proposition is a team that doesn’t need handlers, works when you work, and is paid fairly. No “onshore work but offshore salary” setups.

What’s the single biggest factor in getting the best value?

Making sure it’s clear what needs to be built and tested. All the time and AI in the world can’t help if you don’t know where you’re going or who makes those decisions. That’s why we highly recommend the client is always the Product Owner and is heavily involved.

We can. For the most part we work on our own hardware, configured for client needs: VPNs, endpoint security validation, etc.
